Horton Estate Agents is continuing with its bold expansion plans. Since launching in Leicester in January 2017, the company has experienced impressive growth, having opened a second office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch in July, headed up by Area Director, Beth Shaw.
Their rapid expansion plans have continued this month with the launch of Horton in Nottinghamshire, which will be followed by fifteen new territories over the next twelve months.
Founded by 24-year-old entrepreneur Adam Horton, Horton is one of a growing number of ‘hybrid’ estate agencies, which unlike traditional agents, you won’t find on the high street.
Horton only charge their clients once they’ve delivered a successful sale, and this sets them apart in a sea of hybrid agencies demanding up-front fees. In addition to this, clients are given a dedicated property expert with the aim of providing a more personal service.
“We believe highly skilled estate agents can be a valuable asset when selling your home,” says founder, Adam. “Choosing Horton isn’t just another way to buy or sell a property. It’s a decision to work with the most passionate and talented professionals. We have one aim: to deliver exceptional results.”
