A motorist from Derby has been banned from the roads after being caught by the same camera FIVE times in a month.
Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court was told how Charlotte Phillips's first offence saw her snapped driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit by a fixed camera in Burton Road, Midway, on April 10.
The 27-year-old, of Goathland Road, Stenson Fields, was then snapped speeding at 36mph by the same fixed camera on April 24.
Just a day later she was captured driving at 37mph and then at the same speed two days after that on April 27.
Phillps' final offence saw her caught speeding at 38mph in the 30mph limit on May 3.
She pleaded guilty to all of the offences and was fined £471.
Magistrates also ordered her to pay £85 prosecution costs, a £47 victim surcharge and disqualified her from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
