People in Derby captured pictures of the season's first snowfall in the city and further afield.
Several of you have tweeted lovely images even though there was only a light dusting of the white stuff.
Below are just some of the pictures you've posted on social media today.
The first is from Chris Hall who put up this lovely image of Darley Park on his Twitter page.
Andy Savage captured this image of his windscren just before the snow melted away, He tweeted: "The snow is still around a bit in #derby. On my car windscreen."
Mercia Marina also got in involved in the snow phenomenon tweeting a nice wintry picture of the venue -similar to that you would see on a postcard.
Simon Baker asked this question on Twitter this morning.
Derby Hockey Club appealed for help on their Facebook page to clear the pitch at St Benedicts Catholic Voluntary Academy. But it looks like the club members had fun writing their names on the snow itself.
And there was a nice covering in Belper too. This tweet came in from @lesleylena.
Twitter user @Baddileyram certainly enjoyed the overnight scene in Mickleover this morning.
Not a picture but it looks like TV presenter Tony Robinson got caught in the chill this morning after performing as a special guest in Buxton on Friday night. This morning he tweeted a description of what Buxton was looking like.
The Time Team host tweeted: "So grateful for the full house in Buxton last night particularly as it was bitterly cold and icy.
"This morning the town is covered in snow. The children in the park don’t seem particularly impressed but the dogs are wagging their tails and running round in circles."
