A 57-year-old man has been arrested by Derbyshire police after a woman was fatally injured in a collision with a bus.
The 62-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident happened in Eyre Street in Clay Cross on Thursday, November 30, at about 3.50pm.
The man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was released by police under investigation.
Numerous roads in the area were closed for hours following the fatal incident.
Traffic along the A61 following the incident was at a standstill, backing up nearly all the way to Stretton.
Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident, has information or has dashboard camera footage to call them on 101 quoting incident number 563 of November 30.
