The project is being developed in partnership with Wilson Bowden and is situated immediately adjacent to the M1/M69 intersection in Leicestershire in the East Midlands. Work is expected to commence shortly with the construction of two new units of 95,500 and 335,000 sq ft respectively. Both buildings will be available for occupation by spring next year.
Each development will be constructed to BREEAM Very Good standard and feature 50-metre-wide service yards, significant HGV and car parking and two-storey office accommodation.
