Lincoln-based property developers Truelove Property & Construction, which is marking its half-century in business this year, has appointed a new project manager to join the team and kickstart the celebrations.
Hannah Grewcock (27) from Lincoln has joined the team as the property firm’s first On-site Project Manager, taking the total number of employees at the company to 28.
As the latest recruit, Hannah will be working closely with Development Coordinator Rachel Taylor, who has been with the family business for 21 years, ensuring sites are prepared for the construction of houses.
Hannah said: “I’m delighted about this new opportunity which is going to be both exciting and challenging. In a previous role I worked within construction management which I feel has prepared me well for this opportunity.”
Hannah, who has built up a wealth of experience through previous roles in the property and construction sector, will be responsible for the pre-planning of sites as well as general site management.
Her role will be wide-ranging and will include ordering materials and organising permissions with architects to ensure all conditions meet those set out by planning authorities.
She added: “It’s an exciting time to join the company and I’m really looking forward to getting stuck into several new developments which are planned for 2018. Truelove will also be celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and while it’s going to be a busy year ahead, I can’t wait to get started!”
Barrie Truelove, Director at Truelove Property & Construction, said: “We’re really excited to have Hannah join our growing team. It was evident from her skillset and previous work experience that she would make a fitting candidate for the role.
“There is a range of new developments planned for this year, so Hannah’s previous experience in the industry will be most welcome.”
