Broken down vehicle causing 'major congestion' on main route through city

A broken down vehicle on a central Nottingham road is causing ‘major’ congestion this rush hour.

The vehicle has broken down on Canal Street at the junction with Carrington Street. where work is underway on the Broadmarsh car park.

This is causing congestion to BBC Island and London Road, according to traffic monitor Nottingham Travelwise.

The incident was first reported five minutes ago today, February 14.
