One person has been taken to hospital after a collision between a car and motorbike near Foremark Reservoir in South Derbyshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Repton Road, today, Thursday, June 25, to deal with the incident.
A spokesman for East Midlands Ambulance Service said it was called at 2.17pm to reports of an accident between a car and motorbike and sent an ambulance and air ambulance to the scene.
One person was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital by the land ambulance.
Drivers are being turned away from Repton Road and asked to use another route.
This picture, which was taken just before police closed off the road, shows police at the scene.
Google Maps shows that part of the road near to the popular beauty spot has been closed and there is heavy traffic around the scene of the accident.

It comes as parking problems have been reported along Repton Road by police over the last month with people heading to the reservoir to make the most of the nice weather. There is no suggestion this was a factor in the accident.
Police have been busy handing out parking tickets to those who have parked illegally.
The reservoir is run by Severn Trent Water.
