A power cut is affecting several homes in Derby.
The outage has hit houses in the Slack Lane and Uttoxeter Old Road area.
Western Power Distribution says the problem was first reported at 2.43am today and is affecting 28 properties.
Engineers are currently working on the issue and the company says it plans to have the power back on by 1pm.
The postcodes affected by the outage are DE1 1GP and DE1 1GN.
The power cut is a "low-voltage incident", which tends to be smaller and more localised, as opposed to a "high-voltage incident".
