Big Summer Holiday Survey - how have your plans been affected by coronavirus

As summer starts hotting up again minds may well be turning to getting away for a bit after months under lockdown.

But do you think it is safe to head abroad with a pandemic ongoing and the recent rise of infections in Spain? Is there really anywhere you can go without taking a risk on what you’re bringing back?

It’s a debate that has many sides to it, and we’re sure you all have strong opinions on the subject of travel in 2020.

That’s why we’re launching our Big Holiday Survey - a chance for you to share your experiences of either planning or cancelling a holiday.

Whether you’re heading abroad and planning to quarantine after, patiently awaiting last minute news on your still-booked holiday destination or you’ve cancelled already and are fighting for that refund, we want to hear from you.

From Tenerife to Torremolinos, the French Riviera to a week in Florida, tell us all about the trip you should be taking this year - and what’s happening with it now.

We’ll use all your feedback for a story on how Derbyshire feels about taking its holidays abroad this year - or indeed, if you’re planning a staycation in our fair city, or further afield in Scotland.
