A firm backed by the Kuwait Investment Office has taken full ownership of intu's Derby shopping centre.
The move comes after Cale Street Investments paid £186.3m last year for a 50 per cent stake in the site.
The centre is the first to change hands after intu went into administration.
Derby City Council leader Cllr Chris Poulter said: "We have enjoyed a long and successful partnership with Intu Derby’s local management team and will be seeking to continue that relationship with the new owners.
"We have maintained dialogue with Intu throughout the period of administration and held discussions with Cale Street.
"We now look forward to further discussions on how we can work together to ensure
