A representative of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund has stepped down from the board of the RAC.
Vinit Nagarajan had been a non-executive director of the Walsall-headquartered company since September 2015.
He is a senior vice president in GIC's Direct Investments Group and is a director of Visma and Nordic Aviation Capital.
Nagarajan has been succeeded in the role by Alexandre Levy who is vice president, private equity, at GIC's Direct Investments Group.
GIC is a major shareholder in RAC Group.
The move comes as the breakdown giant said it "remains on track" to achieve its ninth consecutive year of growth after profits surged during the first half of its financial year.
