Police appeal for help in hunt for man who went missing in pyjamas

A man who disappeared from home wearing his pyjama bottoms is still missing 12 hours later.

Muhammed Sajjad Khan, 28, was last seen at 3.30am today at an address in Newtown Street in Leicester.

Leicestershire Police have issued an appeal for help locating him. They said he had never gone missing like this before and they were getting “increasingly concerned” for his welfare.

He went missing wearing a t-shirt, pyjama bottoms and either flip-flops or nothing at all on his feet.

The police said in a statement issued this afternoon: “Muhammed Sajjad Khan, 28, was last seen at 3.30am today at an address in Newtown Street, Leicester.
