A man and woman accused of frauds amounting to nearly £15,000 have had their case sent to the crown court.
Jenna Dyer, 35, of Middledale Road, Carlton, and John Dyer, 35, of Westdale Lane East, Carlton, face three identical charges under the Fraud Act 2006 of fraud by false representation.
The first alleges that between June 12, 2019, and October 1, 2019, they made a false representation, namely obtaining money from a woman's Post Office account intending to make a gain in the sum of £7,000 for yourself or another.
