A man and his neighbours have been left "frustrated" and unable to take their bins out easily after "out of control" vegetation from council-owned land spilled into their shared alleyway.
Martin Collins, who lives in Andover Road, Bestwood, says he has been forced to drag his wheelie bins through his own home due to the "recurring problem".
Mr Collins' home backs on to a Nottingham City Council-owned cycle route which was formerly a railway track before Hucknall Central Station became disused.
He says it is vegetation from this area which has spilled out and taken over an alleyway which he used to get into his garden.
