More than 1,500 jobs could be created after plans for a new £100m business park were submitted.
IM Properties is seeking the go-ahead for land in Tiffield Lane, Towcester, which would result in 1.1 million sq ft of employment space created.
If backed by South Northamptonshire Council in the coming months, the proposals could lead to 1,464 full-time equivalent jobs to be created, with 76 construction jobs also being supported.
A document submitted to the council on behalf of the applicant said: "The proposal is aimed to present an outstanding employment location as well as be an economic asset to the local area within Northamptonshire.
