Proposals for a 28-storey residential tower in Birmingham have been approved.
Essex St (Properties) Ltd will develop the scheme on land at 31-33 Essex Street, on the corner of Bristol Street.
After being approved by Birmingham City Council's planning committee at a virtual meeting on Thursday 8 October, the development will include 154 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a rooftop garden and sky cinema.
Negotiations are currently underway to appoint a contractor, with work expected to start on site in January 2021.
Glancy Nicholls Architects is the architecture practice behind the plans for the new Essex Street scheme.
