A major warehouse earmarked for a site in Walsall has been recommended for approval.
Land off Darlaston Road, Bentley, has been set aside for the proposed development by applicant Cayborn.
If backed, a total of 112,999 sq ft of employment space would be created as well as a "significant" number of jobs.
A total of 121 car parking spaces would also be included.
Walsall Council's planning committee is set to meet virtually on Thursday 15 October to vote on the application.
