More than 1,000 people in Leicester and Leicestershire reveal how much the pandemic has left them feeling frightened

The city of Leicester has continually been in some form of lockdown since March but most of the county hasn't faced the same level of restrictions.

Oadby and Wigston were also placed back into lockdown on September 22, but the rest of Leicestershire has stayed in line with the rest of the UK.

To find out how the different measures in place were affecting the different parts of our county, LeicestershireLive asked people various questions in an online survey about how they were feeling - and see if there were marked differences between the two.

In the city, 448 people responded, and in the county, 641.
