A 35-year-old man will have a trial next year after he denied two charges of fraud.
John Dyer, of Westdale Lane East, Carlton, appeared on a virtual link at Nottingham Crown Court where the allegations were read out to him by a court clerk.
The charges he denies relate to making alleged false representations to two banks that he was authorised to withdraw money from a woman's account.
The dates of the fraud were between June 12, 2019, and October 1, 2019, and August 3, 2019, and September 2, 2019.
His case was adjourned for a three-day trial in the week of July 26, 2021. He remains on conditional bail.
