The relatives of murdered Stuart Morris have described going through "hell and heartbreak" since the death of their dearly loved "rock" of the family.
In a personal impact statement, the victim's daughter, Cleo Algate, described her father's killer as a "monster and a waste of space."
Ms Algate's comments, on behalf of the family, were read out by the prosecutor before killer, Martin Green, was given a 21 year and 10 month minimum term life sentence.
Ms Algate said they had lost an "amazing" and "special" dad and granddad.
