A much-loved Nottingham city centre has temporarily closed its doors since the current coronavirus restrictions make business unviable.
Petit Paris, a cosy French restaurant, used to have a busy lunchtime and evening trade, and was a popular pre-theatre dining spot.
But with the theatre closed and fewer diners venturing out, the pandemic has killed off trade.
Now the owners, including executive chef James Crossman, have temporarily decided to close after the latest government ruling for Nottingham, banning different households from meeting in restaurants.
They said: "With the latest government restrictions to the hospitality industry and declining customer numbers, we have made the difficult decision to close Petit Paris for the time
