The Government's Covid-19 'Test and Trace' app is showing the risk level in parts of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as 'medium' - despite Tier Two restrictions being in place.
Users in the NG5 area, including Arnold and Top Valley, have been notified by the app to say that their risk level has changed to 'medium' alert.
It is unclear why this is the case, with no announcements made by Government changing the risk level in the county.
This comes despite Nottingham having the highest rate of infection in the country and cases in Gedling increasing considerably over the last seven days.
