A high-end Derby retailer said they are determined to keep couples' wedding dreams alive during pandemic while store bosses claimed high street customer service is "suffering".
Bosses of Jon Paul Menswear, an award-winning fashion store in the city centre, said the pandemic has taken a toll on everyone's mental health - including that of shop workers.
The overall rise in tension has, according to the family-run business, inevitably left many shoppers feeling like their overall customer service experience was lacking.
Hannah Lancashire, owner of the shop based in Derby city centre, said she too had experienced poor customer service while shopping at stores in the Derby area.
