There are 29 areas across Nottinghamshire that have recorded more than 100 cases of Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic.
The figures, part of the City and County Councils' weekly surveillance reports, show a sharp increase in cases in a number of areas, particularly in the city.
Places in the county such as Beeston and West Bridgford have been the worst affected on the outskirts of the city, while an outbreak in HMP Lowdham Grange could be behind the high numbers in this area.
But comparing the city and county case numbers, it is clear there are neighbourhoods surging ahead with University Park, Lenton Abbey & Jubliee Campus, recording 1,271 cases up to October
