Frustration in Mapperley street as issue with no bin collections returns

A Nottingham woman who raised concerns over months of missed bin collections says the problem has returned.

Emma Emms, 47, spoke out in August over problems with bins in Querneby Road, Mapperley, being missed by Nottingham City Council bin lorries.

At the time she said there had been months of missed collections, resulting in residents having to call up every week to request another collection.

Following the article, Ms Emms said the situation improved for a couple of weeks, but the problem has now returned.
