More than 650 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire today, latest figures show.
The Public Health England data, released on October 18, shows 651 new cases have been registered across the area in the last 24 hours.
This is a rise from 568 new cases on Saturday (October 17).
The biggest rise came in Nottingham city, where 315 new cases have been recorded. It takes the city's total to 8,380 since the pandemic began.
Outside the city Rushcliffe recorded the highest number of new cases with 63, taking the borough's total since February to 1,461.
Gedling recorded one case fewer in the last 24 hours with 62 new cases. This
