Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of a man who has gone missing from his home in Derby and was last seen in Liverpool.

Gareth Joseph left Derby railway station on Sunday morning (November 15) and was expected to travel to Cardiff.

Instead, the 43-year-old, who is from Alvaston, caught a train to Sheffield - police say.

From Sheffield, he travelled on to Liverpool and was last seen leaving Liverpool South Parkway Station on foot at 2.20pm on Sunday.

Gareth is described as white, around 6ft tall with short, light brown hair. He was last seen wearing brown trousers, a beige jumper, a dark brown scarf and a brown jacket.
