Want to get active together with the children in the final weeks of Lockdown 2 but sometimes face a battle to lever them away from a screen?

It is possible to make positive use of tablets and TVs to get exercising with apps and channels that are designed to get primary school-age youngsters moving.

That's according to Active Together, a movement working to get everyone in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to be physically active.

And the NHS Change4Life project has identified benefits for children including improved attention and performance at school, coordination, sleeping, fitness and weight.
