'Too close to home': Reaction as boy arrested after stabbing

Residents in Bobbers Mill have expressed their sadness after reports that a man was stabbed in a residential street.

Police officers cordoned off Bobbers Mill Road just before 11.15pm on November 20 and a man was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder shortly afterwards.

Residents in the area have spoken out after the incident.

Hussain Khan, who has lived in the street for the past 10 years, told Nottinghamshire Live: "We're so used to it now.

"But it is getting a bit too close to home. We just heard shouting but that is normal but we
