Malaysian mum cooks up vegan Christmas dinner in a pie and reimagined Cornish pasty

A mum-of-two from Barwell has created an innovative range of homemade vegan food, including a festive Christmas dinner in a pie and an Oriental take on the Cornish pasty.

Malaysian-born Loretta Lee has been sharing her love of cooking and recipes from her childhood with the community for the past seven years, and has been developing the vegan range for the past 18 months.

The collection, available for delivery, includes the Chigan Leek and Potato Pasty, Loretta’s recreation of the classic Cornish pasty, which has a similar taste but with Oriental spices.
