Plans for 166 new apartments to be constructed in the Digbeth area of Birmingham have been submitted.
Applicant 10M is behind the proposed scheme earmarked for a site in Bradford Street which would see a six to eight-storey building constructed.
The plans, which have been designed by Corstorphine+Wright Architects, have been submitted to Birmingham City Council.
A statement submitted to the council on behalf of the applicant said: "The long term aspiration and ambition that is inherent within Birmingham’s Big City Plan is reflected in the approach, rigour and quality of the design.
"The parameters for this proposal are derived from the local context and aim to help stimulate the development quality surrounding the site.
