During lockdown, a number of shops remain open to sell food and other essential items, including independent shops and well known chain stores - one of which is Marks and Spencer.

It has a number of foodhalls around the county, including one at Fosse Park - and to make it more convenient for key workers, vulnerable people or parents juggling home-schooling, M&S has extended its popular shopping reservation service 'Sparks Book and Shop.'

This enables customers to reserve a shopping slot at a time that best suits them, removing the need to queue should there be one.
