Seven men who were arrested after a huge fight in Leicester have been fined £200 each for breaking the coronavirus lockdown rules.
The men, aged between 18 and 23, were all arrested on suspicion of affray after the early morning disturbance in Grace Road, near Aylestone Park yesterday.
Police believe a number of weapons were used in the fight, which is thought to have involved a large number of people.
Officers have confirmed a knife was recovered at the scene, although there are no reports of anyone having been injured.
An investigation into the circumstances of the confrontation is continuing, however, Leicestershire Police has confirmed today that seven men have each been fined £200.
