Outgoing Derby County defender Mike te Wierik has admitted he did not play well enough during his time at the club.
The Dutchman is set to seal an exit to former club Groningen, whom he left for Derby in the summer, after six months at Pride Park.
Having struggled for game-time at Derby, te Wierik is set to end his short association with the club and reports are claiming that a 'multi-year' contract between Groningen and the player has been agreed.
All that needs to be stood-up now is a transfer fee between the two clubs.
