Interest in a new-unit industrial and trade counter scheme on Phoenix Parkway in Corby is gaining momentum as construction of the scheme nears completion and a new letting has been agreed.
Omega Court, located within the Centrix Industrial and Distribution Park, comprises a 45,563 sq ft development offering units ranging from 2,939 sq ft to 8,600 sq ft. It has been speculatively developed by Clowes Developments.
Following the pre-sale of a 3,800 sq ft unit to a private investor when construction began last year, a letting of the building has now been completed. Toolstation, one of Britain’s fastest growing suppliers of tools, accessories and building supplies to the trade, home improvers and self-builders has taken a new lease on the unit for a term of 10 years. Whilst the brand only opened for business in 2003, today it has over 450 stores nationwide.
Local agents Prop-Search and TDB Real Estate report that offers on a further four units within Omega Court have now been received and solicitors instructed.
