Plans are on track for one of Leicester’s latest major and most attractive investments to open its doors at the end of the Summer.

Formerly known as ‘Fenwicks’ after its previous owner, the iconic, Grade II listed building at the corner of Belvoir Street and Market Street has been rebranded ‘The Gresham’ – derived from its original name when it was first built in the 1800s.
