Bang & Olufsen of Nottingham are delighted to share the fantastic news that our store is officially re-opening with a new look. As of the 12th of April, our re-designed Bang & Olufsen store will be opening its doors to customers. The store is situated in the heart of the Lace Market, one of Nottingham's oldest districts, and represents a significant investment in the area by store owners Amgrace Nottingham Ltd.
Amgrace were appointed the official Bang & Olufsen retailer for Nottingham in early 2020. When the first lockdown occurred the team moved their team of product specialists online and took advantage of the closure to redesign the store.
"With so many people working from home and being asked to stay home demand for Bang & Olufsen equipment was incredibly high. We have been able to provide virtual sales consultations using Zoom, Skype and FaceTime and deliver orders via mail order or contact free collection. With so much uncertainty about when we would be able to re-open the store we decided to make use of the time for a completely new refit," explained Andrew Venn, Managing Director of Amgrace.
The aesthetic of the new store embodies Bang & Olufsen’s Danish design philosophy, providing a minimalist sanctuary for any audiovisual aficionado. Customers can now book a one-to-one sales appointment with a Bang & Olufsen product specialist to experience the audiovisual equipment they are interested in, within a socially distanced environment.
Bang & Olufsen will be celebrating their 95th birthday this year and the new store will be hosting a number of events as lockdown restrictions are relaxed.
