Milton Keynes housebuilder Barratt and David Wilson Homes has revealed that Cicero Crescent, located within its Fairfields development, has been named the most popular street to move to within the town in 2020.
The street has been crowned by Lion Estates powered by Keller Williams, whose research using the HM Land Registry Price Paid Data revealed that Cicero Crescent saw 22 sales totalling £7.9m over the year.[1]
Fairfields, located in Stony Stratford, has a range of properties available from two bedroom apartments to three and four bedroom homes. The development will therefore be popular to a variety of house hunters, from first time buyers to growing families.
