Planning approval has been secured for a project aiming to provide almost 340 apartments in Birmingham.
Load Estates Ltd sought the go-ahead from Birmingham City Council to build 337 residential units across three buildings within the Gun Quarter, at the junction of Princip Street and Lancaster Street.
The proposal involves the demolition of all the existing buildings on the site to allow for its redevelopment.
The tallest Block A comprises of a tower of 25 storeys, which would occupy the corner of the site facing Princip Street but also extend around part of the Lancaster Street frontage.
