A proposed development aiming to provide 150 homes on agricultural land in a Lincolnshire village has secured the green light.
Patrick Parsons sought outline approval from East Lindsey District Council to build the residential properties on an approximately 14.5-acre piece of land at Leagate Farm in Coningsby.
A mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced dwellings are proposed fronting the roads with areas of open space and landscaping, along with attenuation basins and drainage features.
These comprise of a mixture of one, two, three and four-bed units, with 30 per cent allocated as affordable housing.
Off-site highway works are also intended, including a footway alongside Leagate Road up to the junction with the A153 and alterations to the Co-op/petrol filling station
