Plans for 702-bed student scheme submitted for Island Quarter

Plans for the latest stage of The Island Quarter development will feature a major student accommodation scheme, with the developer behind the scheme submitting plans to Nottingham City Council today (May 3).

The designs – drawn up by DAY Architects and submitted by Conygar – show a 702-bed purpose-built student development, featuring studio and cluster apartments.

The scheme is set to be available for occupation from September 2023 and will include sky lounges that offer views across the city and a pavilion with views onto a private courtyard space.
