Plans have been submitted to regenerate a Nottingham building to provide hundreds of new student living beds.
Bmor has lodged the plans to redevelop the current Argos site on Lower Parliament Street, which involve the refurbishment of the historical and detailed frontage as well as the extension of the structure to create a nine-storey building, with outside courtyard space and café.
Designed by Franklin Ellis Architects, the Lombard House scheme includes a total of 273 beds, with a mix of cluster apartments and studios which will be primarily accessed from Clare Street.
