Construction is now underway for 107 new homes at David Wilson Homes’ Gateford Manor development which is set to launch on 5 June 2021.
Gateford Manor will offer 107 three and four bedroom luxury homes surrounded by open countryside and located two miles from Worksop with great transport links to Sheffield, Nottingham, Lincoln and Doncaster.
It is the third and final phase of the new community created at the successful Gateford Park development, which has already seen the homebuilder build 98 new homes and invest into the local community with contributions towards a new primary school, community hall and two playing pitches.
Barratt Homes are also building on the development and launched the second phase called Barratt Homes at Gateford Park in March. This will see the homebuilder build a further 155 two, three and four bedroom homes.
As part of the development’s plans, Barratt and David Wilson Homes will be contributing a further £2.3m towards primary education in the area along with making a £29,037 contribution towards a local library. A £31,880 contribution to fund bus stops will also be made.
The development will also feature green space including greenways and open amenity areas for residents to enjoy.
