University of Northampton launches new hub for corporate responsibility and sustainability

The University of Northampton’s Centre for Sustainable Business Practices (CSBP) is launching a new hub for corporate responsibility and sustainability as part of its aim to help businesses Build Back Better.

The Northamptonshire Hub will see University of Northampton academics and students, in partnership with the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), support regional businesses to embrace corporate responsibility and sustainability.

The Hub will launch on 16 June with a discussion on the fast-moving corporate responsibility and sustainability landscape, with insights into the topic of Circular Economy, B Corp certification, and more. It will be hosted by Associate Professor at the University of Northampton, Adrian Pryce DL.

Speaking about the launch of the ICRS Northants Hub, Adrian, CSBP Outreach Lead at the University of Northampton, and an ICRS Fellow, said: “The University of Northampton is renowned for its focus on social change, so we are proud to be launching the ICRS Northamptonshire Hub.

“In this challenging economic environment, consumers and businesses are increasingly making smart and responsible choices with their spending, and alignment of business relationships.
