All three units at Pantheon Park in Wolverhampton are now fully let and occupied.
The new tenants on the scheme are Crown Workspace and Supersmart Service Limited (SSS).
The scheme, which comprises three detached warehouse/production buildings, extends to approximately 247,000 sq ft in total and was speculatively built by Stoford Developments and funded by Royal London Asset Management.
Unit 2, which extends to 30,132 sq ft, has been let to Crown Workspace on a ten year lease. The company is a specialist in sustainable workplace services.
Units 3 and 4 were let to SSS on two separate leases, each for fifteen years. The units extend
