Approval has been recommended for an application to build 350 houses within a Leicestershire town.
Persimmon Homes is behind the plan for land at Eady Drive, Market Harborough.
A total of 36.3 acres of agricultural land has been earmarked for the scheme.
If approval is granted by Harborough District Council at a planning committee meeting on 15 June, 222 homes would be for the open market and 128 classed as affordable.
The scheme will comprise a mixture of one, two, three, four and five-bed properties, as well as a number of bungalows.
