A company set up to sell flowers by post has brought in Castle Donington warehouse management system innovator SnapFulfil to help with its growth.
Online floristry business Bloom & Wild has signed up to a five year software deal to help it manage its logistics.
The business – which sends “letterbox” flowers that are hand-packed and sent in bud to ensure they last longer – recently acquired Dutch rival, bloomon to create what it says is the biggest online business by deliveries in Europe’s £22 billion market for flowers and houseplants.
It has brought in SnapFulfil to remotely helping run its German fulfilment centre located in Bergkamen, followed by its UK warehouse in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
