D & G Team Visit New Nottingham Home

A team of representatives from Domestic & General, a leading speciality extended warranty provider, including Chief Operating Officer Nick Ulycz, met developer Bildurn and representatives from Invest in Nottingham at the Station Street site for a walk-through of the new Nottingham operations hub which is due to be completed in Autumn 2022. D&G’s new plans will unlock around £50m of direct investment for Nottingham, and reaffirms the Group’s longstanding 20-year commitment to the city.

Nick Ulycz, Chief Operating Officer at D&G, said: “It was a great day for the team being able to work closely with the developers, architects and interested parties to bring our vision for the Station Street site to life and we are looking forward to progressing with this plan together. ”

Sean Akins Managing Director at Bildurn added: “We’re delighted to welcome the D&G senior team to Station Street.  Now that the site is cleared we’re ready for construction proper to start, which is the next major milestone in the progression of this scheme.”

Lorraine Baggs, Head of Investment at Invest in Nottingham said “It was a great opportunity to meet all of the senior team at D & G and to talk about the flagship development and its importance to Nottingham.”
