Property developer, Stirlin, has received planning approval for a new phase of employment space on their business park in Lincoln, which will potentially create around 25 new jobs.
North Kesteven District Council have approved plans for five hybrid office and warehouse units, to be located on Stirlin’s Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham.
The new phase (Building H), will be the third phase constructed so far on the 44-acre business park, with all existing units now occupied or sold subject to contract.
Each 2-storey unit in the new phase will consist of a warehouse to the ground floor, with a motorised insulated sectional door and personnel door, toilet facilities and offices to the first floor, along with parking spaces.
Managing Director of Stirlin, Tony Lawton, says: “We are absolutely delighted that the local authority has approved our plans for a new phase on Leafbridge Business Park. Consent for further development on the site allows us to offer another fantastic opportunity for businesses and investors looking to expand and relocate, bringing new employment to the area.
